Pastor Twila Jones Mojica LPCMH, NCC was voted in as pastor in late 2017. Twila has been licensed as a Minister since 1982. She remained active in the ministry as a Youth Pastor, District Minister, working with Rev Rafael Mojica as Assistant Pastor to her father and mother. She was also a teacher for many years. She and her husband founded El Apostolico Iglesia Unida in Hartley, DE in 1978. Graduating with her Master's Degree in 2006 she opened her private practice as a Pastoral Counselor, holding her Board Certification and State licensure for DE. Prior to opening her private practice, Pastor Twila taught Spanish and Music at Alethia Christian School, volunteered in the women’s prison here in DE. She remains true to the call of Christ to go and make disciples. Her goal is to reach the world with the message of salvation.
